Shipping and Returns

All products are made to the highest possible standard. As we are working with timber, a natural material, no two pieces are the same and can have slight variations and imperfections. We recommend that our wall items are for display purposes only and are kept out of reach of inquisitive little hands. We use a water based acrylic paint on all our products.
Please choose carefully as we make all products to order and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind. If an item is damaged in transit or faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods at  hello@prettyinpine.com.

 

We use timbers in its natural form, this means products may have imperfections due to the grain or knots in the timber. These natural marks can not be reported as faulty or damaged. Timber weakens when cut so please handle with care.

We try to use images true to colour but due to the uploading process they can vary very slightly.
Australian postage: Australia Post and couriers are used for domestic orders and tracking details will be sent via email. Invoices will be sent for the shipping prior to dispatch and orders will only be sent once payment has been received by us.
International customers: Tracked postage only available and details will be sent  via your email. Postage cost varies depending on country and weight of items purchased. The rate will be calculated once your order is completed and an invoice sent to you.  Orders will only be sent once payment has been received by us.
